THE PURPOSE AND INTENT OF KOREA AWARDS

 

KOREA AWARDS aims to create a better and happier society by prominent achievements in the field of society, to find the people who have contributed to the development of the region and the nation, to promote their sharing and service spirit, to resolve regional conflicts.

 

Particularly, in the educational sector of KOREA AWARDS, the 'Contributing to True Education' is a program that aims to prevent and eliminate violence in schools and contribute to the restoration of the authority of the school. This was awarded to those who would like to contribute to helping them to expel school violence and restore authority.

AWARD NOMINEE QUALIFICATION

Recommended by more than 5 people.

SVE Movement Headquarters (school violence expulsion and world movement headquarters) must agree to the 'Agreement on the Implementation of the Worldwide Exercise Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct'.

 

RECOMMENDED ELIGIBILITY

Anyone in Korea can recommend

Government agencies, local governments and public institutions including schools, etc.

Public institutions including embassies and consulates of each country in the world or schools

JUDGEMENT AND SELECTION COMMITTEE OF KOREA AWARDS ORGANIZAING COMMITTEE

An advisory panel for the judging committee shall be composed for a fair and objective judgment.

The advisory panel shall consist of professionals from each field of economy, science, law, education, medicine, media, culture, arts, physical education and civic groups.

 

PRINCIPLES OF JUDGEMENT AND SELECTION  

The judgment of each nominee shall follow fair and objective judgment criteria.

The selection of nominees for each section shall aim to find one who suits the intent of the present award.

If there is no suitable nominee for each section, the number of winners shall be reduced or excluded from selection.

The one who degrades oneself by evoking much criticism, etc. shall forfeit the award even after he/she is awarded.

 

KOREA AWARDS CONFIDENTIALITY PERIOD: 30 years

The contents of the recommendation, the person who received the recommendation, and the person who was judged in the selection process of KOREA AWARDS are made confidential for 30years
