Overview of the SEC WFSRI Certification

 

SEC WFSRI Certification은 WF Sustainable Responsibility Index(WFSRI)를 기반으로 실시한 SEC WFSRI Rating의 평가결과를 바탕으로 일정 수준 이상의 책임경영 역량을 갖춘 기업 및 공공기관에 부여하는 공식 책임경영 인증제도이다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification is the official Responsible Management certification program granted to corporations and public institutions that demonstrate a defined level of Responsible Management performance based on the results of the SEC WFSRI Rating conducted under the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

 

SEC WFSRI Certification은 조직의 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 확인하고, 평가 결과에 대한 공신력과 신뢰성을 제고하기 위하여 운영된다. 또한 조직의 지속적인 책임경영 실천과 경쟁력 향상을 지원하는 공식 인증제도로 활용된다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification is designed to objectively verify an organization's Responsible Management performance while enhancing the credibility and reliability of evaluation results. It also serves as an official certification system that supports the continuous practice of Responsible Management and the strengthening of organizational competitiveness.

 

인증 부여 원칙
Principles for Granting Certification

 

SEC WFSRI Certification은 SEC WFSRI Rating의 공식 평가 결과를 기준으로 부여하며, SEC가 정한 인증기준을 충족한 기업 및 공공기관에 한하여 인증을 부여한다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification is granted on the basis of the official results of the SEC WFSRI Rating and is awarded only to corporations and public institutions that satisfy the certification requirements established by SEC.

 

인증 여부는 평가 결과와 심의 절차를 종합적으로 검토하여 결정하며, 모든 인증은 동일한 기준과 절차에 따라 공정하게 운영한다.

Certification decisions are made through a comprehensive review of the evaluation results and the official review procedures. All certifications are administered fairly under identical standards and procedures.

 

 

인증의 유지와 관리
Maintenance and Administration of Certification

 

SEC WFSRI Certification은 인증 부여 당시의 평가 결과를 기준으로 유효하며, 인증기간 동안 관련 기준과 규정을 지속적으로 충족하여야 한다.

The SEC WFSRI Certification remains valid based on the evaluation results at the time of certification, provided that the certified organization continues to satisfy the applicable requirements and regulations throughout the certification period.

 

인증을 받은 조직은 책임경영 수준의 지속적인 유지와 개선을 위하여 노력하여야 하며, 필요할 경우 SEC는 관련 규정에 따라 재평가 또는 추가 검토를 실시할 수 있다.

Certified organizations are expected to maintain and continuously improve their Responsible Management performance. Where necessary, SEC may conduct reassessments or additional reviews in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

 

인증의 정지 및 취소
Suspension and Withdrawal of Certification

 

인증을 받은 조직이 인증기준을 충족하지 못하거나 인증의 신뢰성을 저해하는 중대한 사유가 발생한 경우, SEC는 관련 규정에 따라 인증을 정지하거나 취소할 수 있다.

Where a certified organization no longer satisfies the certification requirements or where significant circumstances arise that undermine the credibility of the certification, SEC may suspend or withdraw the certification in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

인증의 정지 및 취소는 객관적인 사실과 공식 절차에 따라 결정하며, 공정성과 투명성을 원칙으로 운영한다.

The suspension or withdrawal of certification shall be determined on the basis of objective evidence and official procedures, in accordance with the principles of fairness and transparency.
