Overview

 

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능한 성장(Sustainable Growth), 미래 경쟁력(Future Competitiveness), 장기 가치창출(Long-Term Value Creation) 및 책임경영(Responsible Management) 수준을 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가하기 위하여 설립된 독립적인 평가 전문기구이다. SEC는 객관성(Objectivity), 독립성(Independence), 공정성(Fairness), 전문성(Professionalism)을 핵심 가치로 삼아 조직의 지속가능한 발전과 사회적 신뢰 제고를 지원하는 대한민국의 책임경영 평가 전문기관이다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) is an independent professional evaluation organization established to objectively and systematically assess Sustainable Growth, Future Competitiveness, Long-Term Value Creation, and Responsible Management across corporations and public institutions. Guided by the principles of Objectivity, Independence, Fairness, and Professionalism, SEC serves as Korea's leading institution dedicated to responsible management evaluation, supporting sustainable development and strengthening organizational trust.

오늘날 기업과 공공기관의 경쟁력은 재무성과만으로 설명될 수 없다. 인공지능(AI), 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation), 기후변화(Climate Change), 글로벌 공급망 재편(Global Supply Chain Restructuring), 사회적 책임(Social Responsibility) 및 이해관계자 중심 경영(Stakeholder-Centered Management)은 조직의 지속가능성과 미래 경쟁력을 평가하는 새로운 기준이 되고 있다. WFSRI는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance)의 기본 철학을 기반으로 지속가능성(Sustainability), 미래 경쟁력(Future Competitiveness), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability), 장기 가치창출(Long-Term Value Creation), 공공가치(Public Value) 및 사회적 가치(Social Value)를 종합적으로 평가하는 책임경영 평가체계이다. 또한 WFSRI는 표준화된 책임경영 평가방법론(Responsible Management Evaluation Methodology)과 책임경영 평가기준(Responsible Management Evaluation Criteria)을 기반으로 기업과 공공기관의 현재 수준뿐 아니라 미래 성장 가능성과 지속가능한 발전 역량을 함께 평가한다.

SEC operates the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) as its Official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework. All SEC evaluations are conducted with independence and objectivity as fundamental principles.
