SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준을 객관적이고 일관된 기준에 따라 평가하기 위한 공식 책임경영 평가체계를 운영한다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) operates the official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) to evaluate the Responsible Management performance of corporations and public institutions using objective and consistent standards.

 

책임경영 평가체계는 조직의 현재 수준을 진단하는 데 그치지 않고 강점과 개선 과제를 체계적으로 분석하여 지속적인 혁신과 장기적인 경쟁력 강화를 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

The framework is designed not only to assess current organizational performance but also to identify strengths and areas for improvement that support continuous innovation and long-term competitiveness.

 

또한 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 평가(Evaluation), 등급(Rating), 인증(Certification), 분석(Analysis), 연구(Research) 및 정책개발(Policy Development)을 유기적으로 연계하는 SEC의 공식 통합 운영체계이다.

It also serves as SEC's official integrated operational framework, linking Evaluation, Rating, Certification, Analysis, Research, and Policy Development based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

SEC는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 모든 책임경영 평가의 공식 평가 프레임워크로 적용한다.

SEC applies the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) as the official evaluation framework for all Responsible Management evaluations.

 

모든 평가는 동일한 평가철학과 평가방법론, 평가기준 및 절차를 적용하여 객관성, 일관성 및 재현 가능성을 확보한다.

평가 거버넌스는 평가윤리, 이해상충 방지, 사실확인, 이의신청 및 평가결과 공표에 관한 운영규정을 기반으로 한다.

The governance framework is supported by regulations governing evaluation ethics, conflict-of-interest prevention, factual review, appeal procedures, and the disclosure of evaluation results.

 

또한 평가와 인증의 독립성을 유지하기 위하여 평가대상 기관으로부터 평가비, 인증비 또는 기타 경제적 지원을 받지 않는 경제적 독립성 원칙을 적용한다.

To preserve the independence of evaluation and certification, SEC applies the principle of Financial Independence by accepting no evaluation fees, certification fees, or any other financial support from evaluated organizations.

 

이는 평가의 객관성과 공정성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 경제적 이해관계를 원천적으로 차단하기 위한 원칙이다.

This principle is intended to eliminate financial relationships that could compromise the objectivity and fairness of evaluations.
