제Ⅳ장 평가절차
CHAPTER IV. EVALUATION PROCEDURES

 

제11조(평가주기)
Article 11 (Evaluation Cycle)

평가는 연 1회를 원칙으로 실시한다.

The Evaluation shall, in principle, be conducted once each year.

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가의 필요성, 운영상 여건 및 기타 사정을 고려하여 평가주기를 조정할 수 있다.

The SEC may adjust the evaluation cycle considering evaluation needs, operational conditions, and other relevant circumstances.

 

제12조(평가자료 반영기간)
Article 12 (Evaluation Period)

평가에 반영되는 자료의 기간은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 별도로 정한다.

The period of materials reflected in the Evaluation shall be determined separately by the SEC.

 

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가의 객관성과 적정성을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 기간의 자료를 반영할 수 있다.

The SEC may consider materials covering any period deemed necessary to ensure objectivity and appropriateness in the Evaluation.

 

제13조(평가절차)
Article 13 (Evaluation Process)

평가는 다음 각 호의 절차에 따라 실시한다.
The Evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with the following procedures:

① 평가계획 수립
Establishment of Evaluation Plans

② 평가대상기관 선정
Selection of Subject Organizations

③ 평가자료 수집 및 검토
Collection and Review of Evaluation Materials

④ 사실확인 및 현장확인(필요시)
Fact-Checking and Field Verification (where necessary)

⑤ 정량·정성 평가 실시
Implementation of Quantitative and Qualitative Evaluation

⑥ 평가결과 심의
Review of Evaluation Results

⑦ 평가결과 확정
Confirmation of Evaluation Results

⑧ 인증·표창 및 결과공개
Certification, Awards, and Publication of Results

 

 

제13조의2(평가결과 확인)

Article 13-2 (Verification of Evaluation Results)

 

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가결과의 정확성, 객관성 및 공정성을 확보하기 위하여 평가결과 확정 전에 사실관계 확인 및 자료오류 검토 절차를 운영할 수 있다.

 

The SEC may operate a factual verification and data review procedure prior to the confirmation of evaluation results in order to ensure accuracy, objectivity, and fairness.

 

평가대상기관은 평가결과와 관련하여 객관적인 증빙자료를 첨부하여 사실관계 확인 또는 자료오류 정정을 요청할 수 있다.

 

Subject organizations may request factual verification or correction of data errors by submitting objective supporting evidence related to the evaluation results.

 

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 제출된 의견 및 증빙자료를 검토한 후 필요하다고 인정되는 경우 평가자료를 수정하거나 보완할 수 있다.

 

The SEC may revise or supplement evaluation materials where deemed necessary after reviewing submitted opinions and supporting evidence.

 

평가결과의 최종 확정은 평가위원회의 심의를 거쳐 결정한다.

 

The final confirmation of evaluation results shall be determined through deliberation by the Evaluation Commission.

 

 

 

제14조(자료검증)
Article 14 (Verification of Information)

 

① 공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가의 객관성과 신뢰성 확보를 위하여 평가자료에 대한 검증을 실시할 수 있다.

The SEC may verify evaluation materials to ensure objectivity and credibility.

 

② 필요한 경우 추가자료 제출을 요청하거나 공개자료, 공시자료, 정부자료 및 기타 객관적으로 검증 가능한 자료를 활용할 수 있다.

Where necessary, the SEC may request additional materials and utilize public disclosures, government records, and other objectively verifiable information.

 

③ 공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가기간 중 발생한 중대한 환경, 인권, 안전, 윤리경영, 준법경영, 사회적 책임 및 공공성 관련 이슈를 종합적으로 검토할 수 있다.

The SEC may comprehensively review significant issues related to environmental responsibility, human rights, safety, ethical management, compliance, social responsibility, and public interest arising during the evaluation period.

 

④ 공공이슈 검토는 공개자료, 정부자료, 공시자료, 언론보도 및 기타 객관적으로 확인 가능한 자료를 기반으로 실시할 수 있다.

Public issue reviews may be conducted based on public information, government records, public disclosures, media reports, and other objectively verifiable sources.

 

⑤ 공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 공공이슈 검토 결과를 평가의 참고자료로 활용할 수 있다.

The SEC may utilize the results of public issue reviews as reference materials in the evaluation process.
