세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL, WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS, 이하 세계총연맹)은 지난 2007년 1월11일 설립된 '국제청소년연구원 (구. 국제청소년연구소, 초대 대표 이산하<李山河>)'을 모태로 한 비영리 정치적 중립기구로, 세계총연맹 부설 언론기관인 세계언론협회(WPA, WORLD PRESS ASSOCIATION)와 전국 17개 광역시•도 지부연맹 및 세계 각 국가의 지부연맹을 통해서 열정을 가진 청년인재들과 함께 사회의 구조적 모순에서 일어나는 위기상황을 해결해 나가는데 기여하고 있다. 또한 세계 각국 간의 교류와 협력을 통해 사회적 약자가 소외 받지 않고 참여와 소통의 문화가 확산돼 ’더불어 함께하는 세상'을 열어 가는데 가치를 두고 있다. |

기회공정범국민실천연대(FOPAH, Fair Opportunity & Fair Process Action Headquarters)는 공정한 기회와 공정한 과정이 존중되는 사회를 구현하고 공공가치와 공동체 발전에 기여하기 위하여 설립된 전국 단위의 시민사회 연합기구이다. FOPAH (Fair Opportunity & Fair Process Action Headquarters) is a nationwide civil society alliance established to promote a society in which both fair opportunities and fair processes are respected while contributing to public value and community development.
FOPAH는 공동체와 국가 발전을 저해하는 다양한 불공정 관행을 개선하고 사회적 신뢰를 회복하기 위하여 정책 제안과 공익활동, 시민사회 협력사업 등을 추진하고 있다. 특히 청년세대와 미래세대가 공정한 기회를 바탕으로 자신의 역량을 충분히 발휘할 수 있는 사회를 만드는 것을 중요한 가치로 삼고 있다. FOPAH promotes policy recommendations, public-interest initiatives, and civic cooperation to improve unfair practices that hinder community and national development while restoring public trust. Particular emphasis is placed on creating a society where younger and future generations can fully realize their potential through fair opportunities.
FOPAH는 언론의 공정성, 교육의 공정성, 기회의 공정성, 정책의 공정성 등 사회 전반의 공정한 질서를 확립하고, 다양한 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 시민사회 협력과 공공가치 확산에 기여하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. FOPAH seeks to strengthen fairness across society—including fairness in the media, education, public opportunities, and public policy—while promoting civic cooperation and public value in addressing diverse social challenges.
언론계, 학계, 법조계, 경제계, 시민사회, 문화예술계 등 다양한 분야의 전국 400여 개 시민사회단체가 참여하고 있으며, 참여 단체들은 상호 독립성과 자율성을 존중하면서 공동의 사회적 가치 실현을 위하여 협력하고 있다. More than 400 civil society organizations from journalism, academia, the legal profession, business, civil society, and the arts participate in FOPAH. While maintaining their organizational independence and autonomy, participating organizations cooperate to advance shared social values.
FOPAH는 세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL)의 사회혁신 네트워크(Social Innovation Networks)를 구성하는 핵심 협력기구로서, 다양한 시민사회단체와의 연대를 통하여 공공가치 실현과 지속가능한 사회 발전에 기여하고 있다. As a principal partner within the Social Innovation Networks of the World Federation of Power Leaders (WFPL), FOPAH contributes to the realization of public value and sustainable social development through broad cooperation with civil society organizations.
설립 목적
기회공정범국민실천연대는 기회의 공정과 과정의 공정을 바탕으로 사회적 신뢰를 회복하고 공동체의 다양한 문제 해결과 공공가치 실현에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다. FOPAH seeks to restore social trust through fair opportunities and fair processes while contributing to the resolution of social challenges and the realization of public value.
운영 원칙
기회공정범국민실천연대에는 언론계, 학계, 법조계, 경제계, 시민사회, 문화예술계 등 다양한 분야의 전국 400여 개 시민사회단체가 참여하고 있다. 참여 단체들은 공공가치와 사회혁신이라는 공동의 목표 아래 상호 협력하며, 조직의 독립성과 자율성을 존중하는 원칙에 따라 운영된다. The alliance brings together more than 400 civil society organizations representing journalism, academia, the legal profession, business, civil society, and the arts. Participating organizations cooperate under the shared goals of public value and social innovation while maintaining their independence and organizational autonomy.
