구성 목적

Purpose of the Structure

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI))는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적이고 일관된 방식으로 평가하기 위하여 체계적으로 구성된 통합지수이다. 이 지수는 SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators))와 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))를 기반으로 구성되며, 다양한 평가결과를 하나의 종합지수로 통합하여 조직의 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 나타내도록 설계되었다.

 

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated index systematically designed to evaluate Responsible Management in a comprehensive and consistent manner. It is built upon the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators) and the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs), integrating diverse evaluation results into a single index that objectively represents an organization's Responsible Management performance.

 

 

계층적 구성

Hierarchical Structure

 

WFSRI는 단계적으로 연결되는 평가구조를 기반으로 산출된다. 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)은 책임경영의 기본 영역을 제시하고, 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)은 이를 전략적 평가체계로 구체화한다. 이러한 구조를 토대로 110개 세부평가지표(110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators)가 조직의 정책과 운영, 실행성과를 평가하며, 평가결과는 다시 31개 핵심가치지표(CVIs)(31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs)로 통합·분석된다. WFSRI는 이러한 분석결과를 종합하여 조직의 책임경영 수준을 하나의 지수로 제시한다.

 

The WFSRI is derived through a hierarchical evaluation structure. The 6 Major Evaluation Domains establish the principal areas of Responsible Management, while the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars translate those areas into a strategic evaluation framework. Based on this structure, the 110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators assess organizational policies, governance, implementation, and performance. These results are then integrated into the 31 Core Value Indicators (CVIs), which form the analytical basis for calculating the WFSRI as a single representation of Responsible Management performance.

 

 

통합적 평가구조

WFSRI는 특정 분야의 우수한 성과만을 반영하는 지수가 아니라, 환경, 사회, 거버넌스, 혁신, 공공가치 및 이해관계자 책임 등 책임경영 전반의 요소를 균형 있게 반영하는 통합지수이다. 이를 통해 조직의 현재 운영 수준과 미래 지속가능성을 함께 평가할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

 

The WFSRI is not intended to reflect excellence in a single area. Instead, it is an integrated index that balances multiple dimensions of Responsible Management, including environmental responsibility, social responsibility, governance, innovation, public value, and stakeholder accountability. This approach enables simultaneous assessment of both current organizational performance and long-term sustainability.

 

평가결과의 표준화

WFSRI는 다양한 평가결과를 공통된 체계 안에서 종합적으로 분석할 수 있도록 표준화된 구조를 적용한다. 이를 통해 조직 간 비교가능성을 높이고, 산업과 조직의 특성이 서로 다르더라도 동일한 원칙에 따라 책임경영 수준을 평가할 수 있도록 지원한다.

 

The WFSRI applies a standardized structure that enables diverse evaluation results to be analyzed within a common framework. This enhances comparability among organizations and supports consistent assessment of Responsible Management regardless of differences in industry or organizational characteristics.
