산출 목적

Purpose of Index Calculation

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI))는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적이고 객관적으로 나타내기 위한 최종 평가지수이다. WFSRI는 SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators))와 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))의 분석결과를 통합하여 산출되며, 조직의 지속가능성과 책임경영 역량을 하나의 지수로 제시하도록 설계되었다.

 

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is the final evaluation index designed to present an organization's Responsible Management performance in a comprehensive and objective manner. The Index is calculated by integrating the results of the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators) and the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs), providing a unified representation of an organization's sustainability and Responsible Management capabilities.

 

 

산출 체계

WFSRI는 단순히 개별 평가지표의 점수를 합산하여 산출되는 지수가 아니다. 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains), 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars), 110개 세부평가지표(110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(CVIs)(31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs)를 단계적으로 연계·분석하여 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 반영하는 통합지수이다. 이러한 계층적 분석체계는 평가결과의 객관성과 일관성을 높이는 기반이 된다.

 

The WFSRI is not derived through the simple aggregation of individual evaluation scores. Instead, it is an integrated index based on the sequential analysis of the 6 Major Evaluation Domains, the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars, the 110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators, and the 31 Core Value Indicators (CVIs). This hierarchical analytical framework enhances the objectivity and consistency of the evaluation results.

산출된 WFSRI는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 분석하고 비교하는 기준으로 활용된다. 또한 조직의 강점과 개선이 필요한 영역을 객관적으로 파악하고, 지속가능한 성장전략과 책임경영 정책을 수립하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 이해관계자에게는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 이해할 수 있는 신뢰성 있는 정보로 제공된다.

 

The calculated WFSRI serves as a comprehensive benchmark for analyzing and comparing Responsible Management performance across organizations. It also provides an objective basis for identifying organizational strengths and areas requiring improvement, supporting the development of sustainable growth strategies and Responsible Management policies. WFSRI는 표준화된 평가체계와 분석기준을 기반으로 산출되므로 조직 간 비교가능성과 평가결과의 신뢰성을 높이는 데 기여한다. 또한 산업별 특성과 조직의 운영환경을 고려하면서도 공통된 평가원칙을 유지함으로써 다양한 조직에 일관되게 적용될 수 있도록 설계되었다.

 

The WFSRI is calculated using standardized evaluation and analytical criteria, thereby enhancing comparability among organizations and strengthening the reliability of evaluation outcomes. While recognizing industry-specific characteristics and organizational environments, the Index maintains common evaluation principles to ensure consistent application across diverse organizations.

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating과의 연계

Relationship with the SEC WFSRI Rating

 

WFSRI는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 나타내는 최종 평가지수로서, 이후 SEC WFSRI Rating을 부여하기 위한 핵심 기준으로 활용된다. Rating은 WFSRI를 기반으로 조직의 책임경영 성과를 일정한 기준에 따라 등급화하여 제시하며, 이를 통해 평가결과의 이해와 활용도를 높인다. 또한 SEC WFSRI Certification은 Rating 결과를 바탕으로 운영되어 우수한 책임경영 성과를 달성한 조직을 객관적으로 인증하는 제도로 이어진다.

 

The WFSRI serves as the final comprehensive index of an organization's Responsible Management performance and provides the principal basis for assigning the SEC WFSRI Rating. The Rating classifies organizational performance according to established criteria derived from the WFSRI, making evaluation results easier to understand and apply. Building upon the Rating, the SEC WFSRI Certification recognizes organizations that demonstrate outstanding Responsible Management performance through an objective certification process.
