적용 목적

Purpose of Application

 

SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators))는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 객관적이고 일관성 있게 평가하기 위한 실질적인 평가기준으로 활용된다. 모든 세부평가지표는 동일한 평가원칙과 절차에 따라 적용되며, 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 수준을 종합적으로 평가하는 기준이 된다.

The SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators) serves as the practical evaluation framework for objectively and consistently assessing the level of Responsible Management. All Detailed Evaluation Indicators are applied under common evaluation principles and procedures, providing the basis for assessing organizational policies, governance systems, operational practices, performance outcomes, and continuous improvement.

평가지표는 조직이 제출한 자료와 공개정보, 객관적인 확인자료 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 적용된다. 평가는 단순히 개별 활동이나 일시적인 성과를 확인하는 것이 아니라 조직의 운영체계와 실행 수준, 성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 종합적으로 분석하는 방식으로 이루어진다.

The Evaluation Indicators are applied through a comprehensive review of organizational submissions, publicly available information, and other verifiable evidence. Rather than focusing on isolated activities or short-term achievements, the evaluation examines organizational systems, implementation practices, performance outcomes, and continuous improvement in an integrated manner.

 

 

종합적인 평가

Comprehensive Assessment

 

각 세부평가지표는 독립적으로 평가되지만, 최종 평가에서는 상호 연계성을 함께 고려한다. 따라서 특정 분야의 우수한 성과만으로 조직의 책임경영 수준을 판단하지 않으며, 모든 평가지표의 평가결과를 종합적으로 분석하여 조직의 지속가능성과 책임경영 역량을 평가한다.

Each Detailed Evaluation Indicator is assessed individually; however, the final evaluation also considers the interrelationships among indicators. Responsible Management is therefore determined through a comprehensive analysis of all evaluation results rather than by performance in a single area.

 

 

평가결과의 활용

Utilization of Evaluation Results

 

세부평가지표를 통하여 도출된 평가결과는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 분석하는 기초자료로 활용된다. 또한 평가결과는 조직의 강점과 개선이 필요한 영역을 객관적으로 확인하고, 지속가능한 경영체계 구축과 책임경영 역량 향상을 위한 전략 수립에 활용될 수 있다.

The results generated through the Detailed Evaluation Indicators serve as the foundation for analyzing an organization's Responsible Management performance. They also provide an objective basis for identifying organizational strengths and areas requiring improvement, thereby supporting the development of sustainable management strategies and enhanced Responsible Management capabilities.

 

 

다음 평가단계와의 연계

Linkage to the Next Stage of Evaluation

 

세부평가지표의 평가결과는 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))의 분석과 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI)) 산출의 기초자료로 활용된다. 또한 SEC WFSRI Rating과 SEC WFSRI Certification의 운영에도 활용되어 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 평가하는 기반이 된다.

The results derived from the Detailed Evaluation Indicators provide the foundation for the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs) and the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI). They also support the operation of the SEC WFSRI Rating and the SEC WFSRI Certification, forming the basis for a comprehensive assessment of Responsible Management.
