Structure of the Evaluation Framework

 

 

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 책임경영 수준을 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가하기 위하여 다층적(Multi-layered) 구조로 설계된 통합 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated Responsible Management Evaluation Framework designed with a multi-layered structure to objectively and systematically assess the Responsible Management performance of Corporations and Public Institutions.

 

WFSRI는 평가철학(Evaluation Philosophy)을 기반으로 평가체계(Evaluation Framework), 평가지표(Evaluation Indicators), 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVI), SEC WFSRI Rating 및 평가결과 활용체계(Evaluation Result Utilization Framework)가 유기적으로 연계되는 통합 구조를 갖추고 있다.

The WFSRI is structured around an integrated architecture in which the Evaluation Philosophy, Evaluation Framework, Evaluation Indicators, Core Value Indicators (CVI), the SEC WFSRI Rating, and the Evaluation Result Utilization Framework are organically interconnected.

 

이와 같은 구조는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 균형 있게 평가할 수 있도록 설계되어 있으며, 평가의 객관성(Objectivity), 일관성(Consistency) 및 신뢰성(Reliability)을 확보하는 기반이 된다.

This integrated structure is designed to provide a balanced assessment of an organization's policies, institutional arrangements, operational systems, implementation performance, and continuous improvement efforts, thereby ensuring the Objectivity, Consistency, and Reliability of the evaluation process.

평가체계의 특징

WFSRI는 각 평가단계가 독립적으로 운영되는 것이 아니라 상호 유기적으로 연계되는 통합 구조를 채택하고 있다.

The WFSRI adopts an integrated structure in which every stage of the evaluation framework is organically connected rather than operating independently.

 

이러한 구조를 통하여 평가철학은 평가지표와 핵심가치지표 전반에 일관되게 반영되며, 평가결과는 SEC WFSRI Rating, WFPL ESG 인증제도 및 ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터와 연계되어 책임경영 문화 확산과 지속가능한 발전을 지원한다.

Through this integrated structure, the Evaluation Philosophy is consistently embedded throughout the Evaluation Indicators and Core Value Indicators, while evaluation results are linked to the SEC WFSRI Rating, the WFPL ESG Certification Program, and the ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center, thereby supporting the advancement of Responsible Management and Sustainable Development.
