평가체계의 운영체계
Operational Framework of the Evaluation System

 

 

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 객관성(Objectivity), 공정성(Fairness), 독립성(Independence), 투명성(Transparency), 책임성(Accountability), 전문성(Professionalism) 및 데이터 신뢰성(Data Reliability)을 기본 운영원칙으로 하는 통합 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated Responsible Management Evaluation Framework operated on the fundamental principles of Objectivity, Fairness, Independence, Transparency, Accountability, Professionalism, and Data Reliability.

 

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 이러한 운영원칙을 기반으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준을 일관된 기준에 따라 평가하며, 평가체계의 신뢰성(Reliability), 국제적 정합성(International Alignment) 및 활용성(Practical Applicability)을 지속적으로 제고하고 있다.

Based on these operational principles, the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) evaluates the Responsible Management performance of Corporations and Public Institutions using consistent standards while continuously enhancing the Reliability, International Alignment, and Practical Applicability of the evaluation framework.

 

 

운영체계의 구성
Components of the Operational Framework

 

WFSRI의 운영체계는 평가기준의 수립부터 평가결과의 활용까지 전 과정을 체계적으로 관리하는 통합 운영체계로 운영된다.

The operational framework of the WFSRI systematically manages the entire evaluation process, from the establishment of evaluation standards to the utilization of evaluation results.

 

운영체계는 다음과 같은 단계로 구성된다.

운영 원칙
Operational Principles

 

SEC는 평가체계의 객관성과 공정성을 유지하기 위하여 모든 평가를 동일한 운영원칙에 따라 수행한다.

SEC conducts all evaluations in accordance with uniform operational principles to ensure the Objectivity and Fairness of the evaluation framework.

 

평가는 공개자료, 공식 공시자료 및 객관적으로 검증 가능한 자료를 중심으로 수행되며, 필요 시 사실확인(Factual Review)과 이의신청(Appeal) 절차를 운영하여 평가결과의 정확성과 신뢰성을 확보한다.

Evaluations are conducted primarily on the basis of publicly available information, official disclosures, and other objectively verifiable sources. Where necessary, Factual Review and Appeal procedures are implemented to ensure the accuracy and credibility of evaluation results.

 

또한 평가체계의 독립성을 확보하기 위하여 평가와 관련된 모든 절차는 정치적·경제적 이해관계 및 외부의 부당한 영향으로부터 독립적으로 운영된다.

To preserve the independence of the evaluation framework, all evaluation processes are conducted independently from political or economic interests and any undue external influence.

 

 

평가 거버넌스
Evaluation Governance

 

SEC는 평가체계의 신뢰성, 책임성 및 독립성을 확보하기 위하여 평가 거버넌스를 운영한다.

SEC operates an Evaluation Governance Framework to ensure the Reliability, Accountability, and Independence of the evaluation system.

 

평가 거버넌스는 SEC 평가 거버넌스 체계, 평가윤리규정, 이해상충 방지규정, 사실확인(Factual Review) 운영규정, 이의신청(Appeal) 심사규정 및 평가결과 공표규정을 기반으로 운영된다.

The Evaluation Governance Framework is supported by the SEC Evaluation Governance Framework, the Evaluation Ethics Regulations, the Conflict of Interest Prevention Regulations, the Factual Review Regulations, the Appeal Review Regulations, and the Rating Disclosure Regulations.

 

또한 SEC는 평가와 인증의 독립성을 확보하기 위하여 평가대상 기업 및 공공기관으로부터 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 협찬금 및 기타 경제적 지원을 일체 받지 않는 경제적 독립성(Financial Independence) 원칙을 유지한다.

To ensure the independence of evaluation and certification activities, SEC strictly adheres to the principle of Financial Independence by accepting no evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, promotional contributions, or any other financial support from evaluated Corporations and Public Institutions.

Continuous Operation and Advancement

 

SEC는 평가체계의 객관성(Objectivity), 신뢰성(Reliability), 국제적 정합성(International Alignment) 및 시대적 적합성(Relevance)을 유지하기 위하여 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI), SEC WFSRI Rating 및 관련 운영체계를 지속적으로 검토하고 개선한다.

SEC continuously reviews and enhances the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI), the SEC WFSRI Rating, and the associated operational framework to maintain Objectivity, Reliability, International Alignment, and Relevance in a changing environment.

 

이를 통하여 SEC는 WFSRI를 국제적으로 신뢰받는(World-Class) 책임경영 평가체계로 지속적으로 발전시키고, 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능한 성장과 장기 가치창출을 지원하는 공식 책임경영 평가체계로 운영해 나갈 것이다.

Through these continuous improvements, SEC will further develop the WFSRI into a globally trusted, world-class Responsible Management Evaluation Framework that supports the sustainable growth and long-term value creation of Corporations and Public Institutions.
