SEC WFSRI Rating

 

 

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 기업·공공기관의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 종합적으로 평가하고, 그 결과에 따라 SEC WFSRI Rating을 부여한다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) assigns SEC WFSRI Ratings based on comprehensive evaluations of the sustainability, responsible management performance, non-financial risk management capability, innovation capability, and long-term value creation potential of corporations and public institutions under the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량을 객관적이고 독립적으로 평가한 결과를 등급 형태로 제시하는 공식 평가등급 체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official rating system that presents the results of an objective and independent assessment of an organization's responsible management performance and sustainable development capability through standardized rating classifications.

 

SEC는 평가결과의 예측가능성, 활용성 및 신뢰성을 제고하기 위하여 공개된 평가기준과 절차에 따라 SEC WFSRI Rating을 부여한다.

To enhance the predictability, usability, and credibility of evaluation results, SEC assigns SEC WFSRI Ratings in accordance with publicly disclosed evaluation standards and procedures.

SEC는 평가결과에 따라 다음과 같은 SEC WFSRI Rating을 부여한다.

AAA

Platinum Rating

최우수 수준의 책임경영 체계와 지속가능한 발전 역량을 갖춘 기관에 부여되는 최고등급이다.

The highest rating awarded to organizations demonstrating outstanding responsible management systems and sustainable development capability.

 

AA

Gold Rating

우수한 책임경영 수준과 안정적인 지속가능한 발전 역량을 갖춘 기관에 부여되는 등급이다.

Awarded to organizations demonstrating excellent responsible management performance and strong sustainable development capability.

 

A

Silver Rating

우수한 책임경영 기반과 지속가능한 발전 체계를 갖춘 기관에 부여되는 등급이다.

Awarded to organizations maintaining sound responsible management practices and sustainable development systems.

 

BB

Certified Rating

SEC가 정한 기본 인증기준을 충족한 기관에 부여되는 인증등급이다.

Awarded to organizations satisfying the minimum certification requirements established by SEC.

 

B

Not Certified

SEC가 정한 인증기준에 미달한 기관에 부여되는 등급이다.

Assigned to organizations that do not meet the certification requirements established by SEC.

 

인증등급 부여 원칙
Principles of Rating Assignment

 

SEC는 평가대상 기관의 종합적인 책임경영 수준을 평가하기 위하여 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 적용한다.

SEC applies the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) to evaluate the overall responsible management performance of organizations.

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(CVI, Core Value Indicators) 로 구성된 책임경영 평가체계이다. 기존 ESG 평가체계가 환경(Environment), 사회(Social), 지배구조(Governance)를 중심으로 운영되어 온 것과 달리, WFSRI는 공공성(Public Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value)를 함께 반영하여 조직의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 사회적 가치 창출 성과 및 미래 대응 역량을 종합적으로 평가하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) consists of the Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI). Unlike conventional ESG frameworks focusing primarily on Environment, Social, and Governance, WFSRI additionally incorporates Public Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value to comprehensively evaluate sustainability, responsible management performance, social value creation, and future readiness, thereby establishing an expanded responsible management evaluation framework.

Publication of SEC WFSRI Rating

 

SEC는 「SEC 평가결과 공표규정」에 따라 평가결과와 SEC WFSRI Rating을 공개할 수 있다.

SEC may disclose evaluation results and SEC WFSRI Ratings in accordance with the SEC Regulations on the Publication of Evaluation Results.

 

평가결과 및 인증등급의 공개 범위와 방식은 「SEC 평가결과 공표규정」 및 관련 규정에 따른다.

The scope and method of disclosure shall be governed by the SEC Regulations on the Publication of Evaluation Results and other applicable regulations.

 

인증등급의 신뢰성
Credibility of SEC WFSRI Rating

 

SEC는 평가와 인증의 독립성을 보장하기 위하여 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 찬조금, 협찬금 또는 기타 명목의 금전적 지원을 받지 아니한다.

To ensure the independence of evaluation and certification activities, SEC does not receive evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, contributions, donations, or any other form of financial support from evaluated organizations.

 

모든 SEC WFSRI Rating은 객관적인 평가자료와 검증 가능한 근거를 바탕으로 사실확인(Factual Review), 평가위원회 심의 및 관련 규정에 따른 검증절차를 거쳐 결정된다.

All SEC WFSRI Ratings are determined through objective evaluation materials and verifiable evidence, followed by factual review, commission deliberation, and verification procedures conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

SEC는 앞으로도 평가의 공정성(Fairness), 객관성(Objectivity), 독립성(Independence) 및 신뢰성(Credibility)을 바탕으로 SEC WFSRI Rating 운영체계를 지속적으로 발전시켜 나갈 것이다.
