SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 실시한 평가결과에 따라 인증기준을 충족한 기업 및 공공기관을 인증기관(Certified Organizations) 으로 선정하고 공개할 수 있다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) may designate and publicly disclose Certified Organizations that satisfy the certification standards based on evaluation results conducted under the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

 

본 문서에서 인증기관(Certified Organizations) 이라 함은 SEC WFSRI Certification을 획득한 기업 및 공공기관을 말한다.

For the purposes of this document, Certified Organizations refer to corporations and public institutions that have obtained SEC WFSRI Certification.

 

인증기관은 객관적이고 독립적인 평가를 통하여 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량이 검증된 기관을 의미한다.

Certified Organizations are organizations whose responsible management performance and sustainable development capability have been verified through objective and independent evaluations.

 

SEC는 평가결과의 신뢰성과 공공성을 확보하기 위하여 관련 규정과 절차에 따라 인증기관을 선정하고 관리한다.

SEC selects and manages Certified Organizations in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures to ensure the credibility and public value of evaluation results.

 

인증기관 선정 기준
Criteria for Certified Organizations

 

인증기관은 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)에 따른 종합평가 결과를 바탕으로 선정된다.

Certified Organizations are selected based on comprehensive evaluation results under the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

 

평가는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(CVI, Core Value Indicators) 를 기반으로 실시된다.

Evaluations are conducted based on the Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI).

 

인증기관은 평가결과에 따라 AAA, AA, A 또는 BB의 SEC WFSRI Rating을 부여받을 수 있다.

Certified Organizations may be assigned AAA, AA, A, or BB SEC WFSRI Ratings based on evaluation results.

 

B(Not Certified) 등급은 인증기준을 충족하지 못한 경우로서 인증기관으로 선정되지 아니한다.

A B (Not Certified) rating indicates that the certification requirements have not been satisfied and therefore does not qualify for certification.

 

인증기관 공개 원칙
Principles of Disclosure

 

SEC는 「SEC 평가결과 공표규정」에 따라 인증기관 현황을 공개할 수 있다.

SEC may disclose information on Certified Organizations in accordance with the SEC Regulations on the Publication of Evaluation Results.

 

인증기관 공개는 객관성(Objectivity), 공정성(Fairness), 투명성(Transparency) 및 사회적 책임(Social Responsibility)의 원칙에 따라 운영된다.

Disclosure of Certified Organizations is conducted based on the principles of Objectivity, Fairness, Transparency, and Social Responsibility.

 

공개 범위와 공개 방식은 「SEC 평가결과 공표규정」 및 관련 규정에 따른다.

The scope and method of disclosure shall be governed by the SEC Regulations on the Publication of Evaluation Results and other applicable regulations.

WFPL 기업·공공기관 ESG 평가 결과 발표 이후 인증기관 현황이 공개될 예정이다.

Information on Certified Organizations will be disclosed following the announcement of the WFPL ESG Evaluation for Corporations and Public Institutions.

 

평가결과 발표 이후 SEC WFSRI Rating, 인증분야 및 인증기관 현황이 본 메뉴를 통하여 제공된다.

Following the publication of evaluation results, the SEC WFSRI Rating, certification categories, and Certified Organization information will be made available through this section.

 

인증기관의 권리
Rights of Certified Organizations

 

인증기관은 인증 유효기간 동안 SEC가 정한 기준에 따라 SEC WFSRI Rating, 인증명칭 및 인증마크를 사용할 수 있다.

Certified Organizations may use the SEC WFSRI Rating, certification titles, and certification marks during the certification validity period in accordance with the standards established by the SEC.

 

인증기관은 기관 홈페이지, 지속가능경영보고서, ESG 보고서, 투자자관계(IR) 자료, 홍보자료 및 기타 공식 문서에 인증결과를 활용할 수 있다.

Certified Organizations may use certification results on institutional websites, Sustainability Reports, ESG Reports, Investor Relations (IR) materials, promotional materials, and other official documents.

 

인증기관의 의무
Responsibilities of Certified Organizations

 

인증기관은 인증결과를 사실에 근거하여 활용하여야 하며, 허위 또는 과장된 방식으로 사용할 수 없다.

Certified Organizations shall use certification results based on factual information and shall not use them in a false or misleading manner.

 

인증기관은 SEC WFSRI Rating 또는 인증마크를 인증범위를 초과하거나 오인될 수 있는 방식으로 사용하여서는 아니 된다.

Certified Organizations shall not use the SEC WFSRI Rating or Certification Marks beyond the scope of certification or in any manner likely to cause misunderstanding.

 

인증의 유지 및 재검토
Maintenance and Review of Certification

 

SEC는 인증기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량의 유지 여부를 지속적으로 검토할 수 있다.

SEC may continuously review whether Certified Organizations maintain their responsible management performance and sustainable development capability.

 

중대한 법규 위반, 회계부정, 부패행위, 중대한 ESG 관련 이슈(Material ESG-related Issues) 또는 사회적 물의가 발생한 경우 인증 유지 여부를 재검토할 수 있다.

Certification status may be reviewed where serious legal violations, accounting misconduct, corruption, material ESG-related issues, or significant social controversies arise.

 

필요한 경우 인증의 제한, 정지 또는 취소 조치를 할 수 있다.

Where necessary, certification may be restricted, suspended, or revoked.

 

인증기관의 신뢰성
Credibility of Certified Organizations

 

모든 인증기관은 객관적인 평가자료와 검증 가능한 근거를 바탕으로 사실확인(Factual Review), 평가위원회 심의 및 관련 규정에 따른 검증절차를 거쳐 선정된다.

All Certified Organizations are selected based on objective evaluation materials and verifiable evidence through factual review procedures, Evaluation Commission deliberations, and verification processes conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

SEC는 평가와 인증의 독립성을 보장하기 위하여 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 찬조금, 협찬금 또는 기타 명목의 금전적 지원을 받지 아니한다.

To ensure the independence of evaluation and certification activities, the SEC does not receive evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, contributions, donations, or any other form of financial support from evaluated organizations.

 

SEC 인증기관은 책임경영과 지속가능한 발전의 모범사례로서 사회적 가치 창출과 미래세대 보호에 기여하는 기관을 의미한다.

SEC Certified Organizations represent exemplary organizations in responsible management and sustainable development, contributing to social value creation and the protection of future generations.
