SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 SEC WFSRI Rating을 획득한 기관이 평가결과를 객관적으로 표시하고 이해관계자에게 책임경영 수준을 효과적으로 전달할 수 있도록 SEC WFSRI Rating 인증마크(SEC WFSRI Rating Certification Marks) 를 운영하고 있다.
The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) operates SEC WFSRI Rating Certification Marks to enable organizations receiving SEC WFSRI Ratings to objectively present their evaluation results and effectively communicate their responsible management performance to stakeholders.
인증마크는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 실시된 평가결과와 SEC WFSRI Rating을 시각적으로 표시하는 공식 인증표식이며, SEC가 정한 기준에 따라 사용할 수 있다.
Certification Marks are official visual identifiers representing evaluation results derived from the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) and the corresponding SEC WFSRI Rating, and may be used in accordance with standards established by the SEC.

인증마크는 기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량을 객관적으로 전달하기 위하여 운영된다.
Certification Marks are intended to objectively communicate an organization's responsible management performance and sustainable development capability.

SEC operates the following SEC WFSRI Rating Certification Marks based on evaluation results.

인증등급은 해당 평가연도(Evaluation Year) 를 기준으로 부여되며, 평가결과 발표시점과는 구분된다.
Certification Ratings are assigned based on the applicable Evaluation Year, which is distinguished from the date on which the evaluation results are announced.
예를 들어 2026년도 평가결과가 2027년 2월 발표되는 경우 인증마크에는 '2026' 이 표시된다.
For example, if the evaluation results for 2026 are announced in February 2027, the Certification Mark shall display "2026."
인증마크 사용 가능 기관
Organizations Eligible to Use Certification Marks
SEC WFSRI Rating을 획득한 기업 및 공공기관은 인증 유효기간 동안 인증마크를 사용할 수 있다.
Organizations receiving SEC WFSRI Ratings may use the Certification Marks during the validity period of certification.
사용 대상은 다음과 같다.

SEC는 필요한 경우 인증마크 사용에 대한 시정, 제한 또는 사용 중지 조치를 할 수 있다.
The SEC may impose corrective measures, restrictions, or suspension of the use of Certification Marks where necessary.
인증마크의 관리
Management of Certification Marks
인증마크의 저작권 및 모든 관리권한은 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) 에 귀속된다.
All copyrights and administrative rights relating to the Certification Marks are vested in the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC).
인증기관은 SEC가 정한 기준에 따라 인증마크를 사용하여야 하며, 사용 과정에서 발생하는 사항에 대하여 성실히 협조하여야 한다.
Certified organizations shall use the Certification Marks in accordance with the standards established by the SEC and shall cooperate in good faith regarding any matters arising from their use.
인증마크의 신뢰성
Credibility of Certification Marks
모든 인증마크는 객관적인 평가자료와 검증 가능한 근거를 바탕으로 사실확인(Factual Review), 평가위원회 심의 및 인증절차를 거쳐 부여된 SEC WFSRI Rating을 기반으로 운영된다.
All Certification Marks are issued based on SEC WFSRI Ratings determined through objective evaluation materials, verifiable evidence, factual review procedures, commission deliberations, and certification procedures.
SEC는 평가와 인증의 독립성을 보장하기 위하여 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 찬조금, 협찬금 또는 기타 명목의 금전적 지원을 받지 아니한다.
To ensure the independence of evaluation and certification activities, the SEC does not receive evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, contributions, donations, or any other form of financial support from evaluated organizations.
SEC WFSRI Rating 인증마크는 기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량을 객관적으로 검증한 공식 인증표식으로서 투자자, 이해관계자 및 사회 전반에 신뢰할 수 있는 객관적인 판단기준(Objective Reference Standard)을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
SEC WFSRI Rating Certification Marks serve as official symbols representing objectively verified responsible management performance and sustainable development capability, providing a reliable Objective Reference Standard for investors, stakeholders, and society.
